Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

This policy sets out how MyAirportGenie prevents, detects, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform, and the responsibilities of everyone who uses or works with the App.

1. Purpose

This policy exists to ensure that the MyAirportGenie App remains free from CSAE content, that we comply with applicable child protection laws, and that all stakeholders understand their responsibilities in preventing the abuse and exploitation of children.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, partners, and users of MyAirportGenie. It covers content posting, user interactions including messaging, and any data collection or processing that may involve children.

3. Standards & Compliance

MyAirportGenie is committed to:

• Immediate removal of any CSAE content;
• Suspension and termination of accounts involved in violations;
• Mandatory reporting to the appropriate authorities and child-safety organizations;
• Regular training for staff and moderators on identifying and responding to CSAE.

4. User Responsibilities

All users must:

• Never upload, share, or solicit exploitative content involving minors;
• Promptly report any suspicious activity or content they encounter;
• Comply with the age restrictions set out in our Terms & Conditions.

5. Reporting CSAE

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, report it immediately to the contact information provided below. Where possible, include screenshots, usernames, and links, along with any details about the incident.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy result in immediate account termination, legal action including notification of law enforcement, and disciplinary measures for any employee or contractor involved.

7. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time, with changes indicated by a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance.
