These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MyAirportGenie mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement. Minors may use the App only with the involvement and approval of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
To use certain features you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.
You agree not to use the App to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
You retain ownership of the content you submit, post, or display through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant MyAirportGenie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it in connection with operating and providing the App. We may remove or restrict any content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully.
The App and its content — including its design, software, text, graphics, trademarks, and logos — are owned by or licensed to MyAirportGenie and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the App or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information provided through it is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAirportGenie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts, if any, you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MyAirportGenie operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
